1. Reservations and deposits for speaking engagements
To ensure your reservation for a speaking engagements, a reservation deposit should be received at the point of scheduling. We will not hold dates without a deposit. Please call ahead to ensure space is available before sending payment. The fee is $100. This deposit is non-refundable. After 31 days of booking the speaking engagement, you will be charged the remaining balance of $1100. We accept payments by all major credit cards.

2. Refunds
If we have to cancel a juice coach plan or a previously reserved speaking engagement, you will be refunded in full immediately. There are no refunds in the event you purchase any one of our juice plans and you are emailed the shopping list(s) and juice recipes. You may only receive a refund after purchase if we have not emailed you the shopping list(s) and juice recipes. There are no refunds for speaking engagements cancelled in under 31 days. All sales will be final at that point. However, you may chose to reschedule for another date within a year of payment, as long as our coach is available. Excessive refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product or a speaking engagement requests more than once.

3. Cancellations
If you book a Tree of Life Juices coach for a speaking engagement but decide you want to cancel, you may do so. However, your deposit of $100 is non-refundable. Should you cancel in 60 to 30 days of your event, you will only be refunded 50% of your charge. There are no refunds for speaking engagements cancelled in under 30 days
